Media Release Policy

Den meetings, Pack meetings, Pack events, or other scouting activities may include taking of images and recordings (photographs/film/videos/electronic representations and/or sound recordings) of Cub Scouts and other event attendees (participants and spectators).  Such images and recordings as well as relevant information may be published on Pack 100’s website and on media sharing website(s). They may also be released to other organizations for promotional purposes.

All event attendees (participants and spectators) and Cub Scout guardians release the Boy Scouts of America, the local council, Pack 100, the activity coordinators, and all employees, volunteers, related parties, pack members, or other organizations from any and all liability from such use and publication.

All event attendees (participants, spectators) and Cub Scout guardians authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage, and/or distribution of images and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of Pack 100, and the Boy Scouts of America, and specifically waive any right to any compensation they may have for any of the foregoing.

All event attendees are bound by this policy by their attendance at Pack 100 events.
